Six principles
What every feature is measured against before a line of code reaches production.
Hosted in the EU
Application and data run in European data centers. No offshore transfer, no processing outside the EU without a documented legal basis.
Encryption
Transport over TLS only. Data is stored encrypted. Access runs through secured, logged channels.
Public company data only
Cernavio works with publicly available company and market signals. No purchased contact lists, no personal profiles without a legal basis.
GDPR by design
Privacy impact is assessed before we build, not after. Data minimization, purpose limitation and transparency are part of the architecture.
Access control & roles
Access follows least privilege, separated by role. Internal access is traceable and limited to what is necessary.
Minimization & deletion
We store only what the feed needs. Data is deleted after defined periods, earlier on request.
What Cernavio processes
Cernavio reads public signal worlds, matches them against your niche profile and fuses the hits into a feed. The basis is open, publicly provided sources.
Website visitors (cernaTrace)
Visitor recognition works at company level, not at person level. It attributes visits using open network and company data, is designed to be GDPR compliant and can be configured or disabled per customer.
